  We have being in this restaurant for many years. The atmosphere is great. The food is good. They need to know how to cook better the whole fish for doesn't over cook. But it is a good place for lunch and earlier evening dinner.

  We ordered a salad and some other stuff. A plastic piece was in my mouth luckily i noticed. I told about bartender then MANAGER came he just order drinks without trying to understand what was in salad. And i instead him to diagnose the situation i showed him the plastic piece to him to inform the others. While we were trying him to understand and help him to improve his service . He was busy to kiss the others . We era trying to do constructive criticism to improve his service, he start fighting with us. He took the plate and even not replace it the new one. Americano Mall is the one of the top shopping mall in US. Nobody deserve this kind of behavior at Christmas time at this beautiful restaurant. We are so disappointed with tis manager's behavior....
